We greatly value our sponsors and are seeking your support for our 2023 celebrations.

2023 will see the return of the Falling Leaf Festival with the Falling Leaf Comedy Gala on 28 April at the beautiful Montreal Community Theatre, follwed by Saturday 29 April with first-class artists set to headline our entertainment stage, the return of the Street Parade, arts and craft markets, food trucks and roving entertainment and kids activities.

By sponsoring the Festival you will be contributing not just to the Festival, but to the entire Tumut community.  Throughout this extended program we hope to encourage many visitors to Tumut, to enjoy everything our region has to offer. The Falling Leaf Festival committee is asking for your support for the 2023 celebrations.

Bringing the community together

The Falling Leaf Festival is run by a group of volunteers committed to creating a fun, joyous and diverse event showcasing and celebrating what Tumut and the region have to offer. 

The Falling Leaf Festival committee has been working hard to revitalise our Festival, to ensure we’re bringing a fantastic event to our region for locals and visitors alike.  This is especially important given the impact COVID-19 has had on many individuals and businesses. We are developing a COVID Event Plan to support planning and risk-mitigation strategies, and to demonstrate compliance with safety guidance and directions that will be current at the time of the event.

Gold Level $5000 (plus GST) includes but not limited to:

  • Listed as a Gold sponsor with logo on all printed promotional materials

Fundraising Supporter

The Falling Leaf Festival also supports the idea of gift vouchers, store products etc. to use for a “Monster Raffle” or other various fundraising events.

  • Acknowledgement on event signage (proportionate to amount donated)

IN KIND

There are opportunities for in-kind support also. If you have a service or product that the Festival could use and would like us to promote your business in return - or you can offer us a discount, please get in touch.

Some of the things we need:

  • human hours - there’s a lot of work to do - e.g. setting up fencing, setting up seating and packing up

  • transport - trailers/trucks to transport equipment

  • printing and signage

  • catering

  • ongoing administrative support
